Can I use Bits HUB as a sole-trader (PFA)?
Yes, fully. Bits HUB is built with Romanian PFAs in mind — e-Factura, income tracking, base figures for your tax filings. If you also need help opening the PFA, we put you in touch with an accounting partner.
Are my notes really private?
Yes. Notes are encrypted at rest and nobody on our team can see them. There is no "admin" role that can read session notes. You control export and deletion.
Does it work for practices with multiple therapists?
Yes. Each therapist has their own schedule and their own notes. Payments can route per therapist or to the practice. Roles and permissions configurable.
How does upfront payment work?
You connect a Stripe account (free). On your booking page, the patient pays at booking, the funds land in your account directly. Bits HUB takes no cut.
What if a patient cancels 12 hours ahead?
Cancellation policy is configurable per session type. Auto-refund 100% over 24h, 50% under 24h, 0% under 6h — your call.
Can I import existing patients from Excel?
Yes. CSV import takes a minute. For more complex migrations (other CRMs, Calendly + Stripe + Excel), we help you for free, regardless of plan.
