Can I open a PFA through Bits HUB? expand_more

Not directly, but we connect you with a partner accounting firm that opens the PFA in 5-7 days. Separate service — contact us via /en/contact and we hand off to the partner.

Is e-Factura mandatory for tutoring from 2026? expand_more

Yes, for all B2C invoices issued by PFAs and SRLs in Romania. Bits HUB is already compliant — you issue the invoice, it lands in SPV, you get ANAF acknowledgment in 10 seconds. No need to log into the ANAF portal.

Can I take card payments without a cash register? expand_more

Yes. For intellectual services (tutoring, consulting), an electronic invoice via Stripe meets the legal requirement — no cash register needed unless you take physical cash.

Can I import my schedule from Calendly or Google Calendar? expand_more

Yes. Sync Google Calendar in one click and we handle the import. From Calendly, export the active bookings as CSV and we bring them into Bits HUB for free, regardless of plan.

How do I share materials with students? expand_more

Upload files to the student record (PDF, audio, video, Google Drive link). The student gets a private link by email — they see only what you shared with them, nothing else.
