Instant email with a manage link (cancel, reschedule). You get a notification on your phone. Once the appointment is done, you can generate the invoice easily right from the appointment screen.

What plan do I need? expand_more

Bookings are on Pro (3 active links), Premium (15 links) or Business (unlimited). Free includes e-Factura invoicing, calendar and tasks, but not the public booking page.

Can I have multiple specialists with different schedules? expand_more

Yes. Pro allows 5 users, Premium 10, Business unlimited. Each specialist has their own weekly schedule, their own date overrides (holidays, leave) and can offer different services.

Can the same service have a different price per specialist? expand_more

Yes — that's the whole point. "Basic haircut with Andrei 50 RON" and "Basic haircut with Mihai 80 RON" are two separate catalog entries, both connected to the same page.

Can I manually review bookings before confirming them? expand_more

Yes. Per link you decide: auto-confirm (the booking is live instantly) or manual review (it stays in 'pending' until you approve from the app). For practices that want to vet every client before a first visit.

How is the invoice issued? expand_more

On the appointment screen you get a 'Generate invoice' button that pre-fills the e-Factura with the client's details and the selected services. Review, send to SPV in one click — no manual data entry.

Can I block a whole day for a holiday or vacation? expand_more

Yes. Add a date override on your calendar — it works both for your own bookings and for every specialist on the team. Overrides win against the regular weekly schedule.
