How you use it
Three steps to the action.
Step 1
Open the panel
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) or tap the bottom pill on mobile. The panel opens wherever you are in the app.
Step 2
Type a few characters
Search by client name, invoice number, note title or task title. The system shows results grouped by category.
Step 3
Pick and you’re there
Hit Enter on the result or click a module, and the app takes you straight to the matching screen — no intermediate menus.

How do I open the command center on Windows or Linux?
Ctrl+K replaces ⌘K. On macOS, use Cmd+K. On iOS, iPadOS and Android, tap the bottom pill — same outcome.
Which modules does the search cover?
Search covers clients, invoices, notes, tasks and collections — all at once, with results grouped by category. Access to each category follows the permissions on your account.
Can I open a module directly without searching?
Yes. The command center lists every module in the app grouped by category (Invoicing, Company, Drive, etc.). Open them with a single click or Enter.
Does it work without a mouse?
Yes. ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) opens the panel, arrow keys move through results, Enter opens the selection and Esc closes the panel. The whole flow runs from the keyboard.
