Do participants need to install any software?
No. Bits HUB Meet runs natively in the browser. Participants enter through the unique link without installing modules or creating accounts.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — fully optimised. Participants connect smoothly from any web browser, on any device. As host, you can run a session from the web platform on a laptop, or from the Bits HUB mobile app (iOS and Android).
Who controls the recordings?
Data security is the priority. Recordings are strictly confidential and stored in your Bits HUB Drive. No third-party access; sharing is entirely your decision.
What internet bandwidth is required?
Bits HUB optimises data usage. 1 Mbps is enough for HD. If the connection fluctuates, the system prioritises audio quality to keep the conversation flowing.
How are time zones handled for international clients?
The platform adapts automatically. The client sees the calendar and reminders in their local timezone, while your agenda stays in yours.
